WHAT DOES IT INVOLVE?

We will start off by relaxing the body and calming the chatter of the mind. We will then focus on breathing and learn some techniques that can be used at any time to calm the mind through breath. These are suitable for complete beginners or people familiar with the practice. We will then take them through various Mindfulness techniques, some of which are similar to meditation and others that can be used in everyday work life when we need to find stillness and peace and also re energise without reaching for coffee and sugar.

Everyone! Seasoned meditators and complete beginners that are just curious.

WHAT WILL I LEARN?

You will learn more about energy and how to control its ups and downs through breath and focusing the mind. Also, you will learn how to concentrate the mind and find serenity in stressful situations. Simple mindfulness strategies that are like meditation on the move.
