The retreat

Over 5 days we will be using yoga, ear acupuncture, group work and hypnotherapy to guide and hold you through a journey of curiosity, awareness and acknowledgement, of your addiction. we will then begin the journey towards healing.

What is included

Bed and breakfast plus all yoga, and the day program

Whats not included

Flights, airport transfers and additional 1-1 sessions with the trainer
