Recipe for roasted spiced nuts

Roasted, Spiced Nuts With Coconut, Turmeric and Black Pepper

Ingredients

2 Cups of Nuts
1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
1 Teaspoon Organic Turmeric Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Himalayan Salt Cracked Black Pepper

Method

Choose your selection of nuts according to your taste and whether you’re eating for your hair, skin, hormones or all of the above- see what are nuts good for blog.

Basically throw them in to an oven dish, dot with coconut oil and sprinkle with salt, turmeric, black pepper (to bring out the active ingredient curcumin out of the turmeric) and place in the oven at 160C for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool.
