WHAT IS IT?

A trance-like state that resembles sleep but is induced by a person whose suggestions are readily accepted by the subject.
 

WHAT HAPPENS?

On a one-to-one basis, we will have an initial consultation to discuss what their goals are and what they hope to achieve. Together, we will agree what methods will work best for them.

In a group setting, we decide beforehand on what the focus of the session will be and we focus on that.
I will work with the individual or the group to lead them into a deeply relaxed state, use our agreed methods to help them towards their goals and gradually bring them out of the trance.
