The retreat

 Over 5 days we will be using art processes, yoga, and hypnotherapy to guide and hold you through a journey of curiosity, awareness, acknowledgement, and self healing.

What is included

All 3 vegetarian meals, snacks, accommodation plus all yoga, art and hypnotherapy sessions

Whats not included

Flights, airport transfers, drinks at the finca. Additional 1-1 sessions with either of the trainers

£900 for a shared room, £1200 for a single. 15% Early bird discount until the end of June
