WHAT IS IT?

Acupuncture is based on Chinese medicine and works on the health of the body through energy lines called meridians. Auricular acupuncture works solely on the ears, inserting up to 10 needles. They can be kept in for 20-60 minutes dependent on your requirements.
 

DOES IT HURT?

Very fine needles are used - even finer than body acupuncture needles - and I use a Flying Needle Technique which is gentler on the skin.
